Hi, I’m Staci, a certified health and wellness coach, nutrition coach, and a "bringing back the basics" expert!

Over the years I have learned SO much about how proper nutrition, movement, and stress management can aid in achieving a healthy and happy lifestyle. Sharing my knowledge and experiences with others is something I love to do!

My signature program, Eat to Heal, is designed to help you learn what and how to eat to get your body running like a well-oiled machine. This program aids you in healing from the inside out by fueling your body with proper nutrition, exercise, managing your stress, and creating good sleep hygiene habits. All things that will help you live your healthiest life.

What does this program include?

To start, we will get to know each other during a complimentary 30-minute consultation (BOOK HERE). We will discuss your goals, expectations, and your "why".  This call helps us determine if we are a good fit for each other (which is super important to me because I want to provide the best service possible!) and it also allows me to explain what I have to offer. Plus, it’s completely FREE!

Once we've had the consultation, and have determined we would make a great team, the real work will begin!

Your program is broken down into 3 phases, Reset and Heal, Reaching Your Goals, and Sustainability. It all starts with an initial Game-Plan session that ranges from 60-90 minutes. This session sets the groundwork for your program. (This call is NOT included in the 12 1-on-1 sessions, so you get 13!) There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition or health and wellness. This session is important to determine the best course of action for YOU. As I said, I want to give you the BEST program for you and your personal goals!

Eat to Heal is 6 months in duration and includes:

- 1 Initial Game Plan session (60-90 minutes)

- 12 private 1-on-1 sessions with me ( 30-45 minutes & scheduled by you, bi-weekly)

- A welcome package including some of my favorite health and wellness goodies to get you started

- Meal planning, grocery lists, and easy reference guides (all tailored to your goals!)

- Resources with valuable nutrition, movement, and stress management information based on your specific goals

- Unlimited text and email support between sessions (For when you feel stuck or want to share your wins...wins my favorite!)

How much is this investment?

Ahhhhh, the question everyone wants to ask, right?

This 6-month program is $1295 paid in full or a flexible payment plan.

The flexible plan consists of an enrollment fee of $395 and 5-monthly payments of $180.

This may seem like a big commitment, but anything worth doing in life will feel a bit scary. I can promise you, that you are worth it!

I am not a medical doctor or registered dietitian and cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe medications, but I am here to guide you through your specific health journey and help you navigate through the fascinating (but can be overwhelming) world of nutrition in a way that works for YOU!



The Get Grounded Blueprint is a single, 90-minute session where I will provide essential guidance and insight on nutrition for the management of a health issue or goal.


The main purpose of this Get Grounded Blueprint is to focus on a single goal that you may be stuck on or need a little extra assistance in achieving. We will discuss your top priority goal and what you value in meeting that specific goal. I will provide action items and tasks to help you get started or get back on track if you feel you have gone astray.

If you need an extra push to reach that next milestone, this may be for you!
