Hi, I’m Staci, a certified health and wellness coach, nutrition coach, and a "bringing back the basics" expert!

Over the years, I’ve learned SO much about how proper nutrition, movement, good sleep, and effective stress management can support a healthy and happy life. I’ve also experienced firsthand how important preventative health is; routine screenings actually saved my life. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing not only my knowledge, but also the importance of building habits and taking steps that help you protect your health for the long run. Helping others feel their best and stay ahead of potential health issues truly brings me joy!

All of my packages and offers are built to meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting, sustainable health. Whether your goal is to lower your risk of chronic disease or to better manage a current medical condition, these programs focus on the fundamentals that make the biggest difference: balanced nutrition, consistent movement, stress management, and quality sleep.

You’ll learn how to create realistic habits that support your body from the inside out, without rigid rules or overwhelming restrictions. Instead, we work together to build a strong foundation that helps you feel empowered in your daily choices and confident in your ability to improve your long-term health.

The focus is prevention, progress, and sustainability. By strengthening these core habits, you give your body what it needs to thrive now and for years to come.

What do these programs include?

First, we need to get to know each other! This is where your 30-minute consultation comes in (BOOK HERE). We get to discuss your goals, expectations, and your "why". This conversation is a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit, which is really important to me. It also gives me the opportunity to share how I can support you. And the best part? It’s completely free!

After our consultation, if we decide we’re a great fit, that’s when the real work begins!

Let’s be real, when it comes to coaching, one size definitely does not fit all (if it did, we’d all still be rocking those “one size fits most” T-shirts from the 90s). That’s why I offer two different packages as well as two single-session options designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking for a short-term jump start to build momentum or a more in-depth program to create lasting change, you’ve got options that fit your goals and your lifestyle.

🌱 3-Month Jump Start (Introductory Program, $495)
This program is designed to help you gain momentum and start building a strong foundation. It includes an initial session and 6 bi-weekly Zoom check-ins where we’ll focus on SMART goal setting and creating sustainable habits around nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. By the end of 3 months, you’ll feel confident in your progress and have a clear path forward. It’s also a great stepping stone to see if the Eat to Heal package is right for you.

🌟 Eat to Heal (Signature Program, $1195)
This is my full coaching experience, designed to help you create lasting, preventative health habits that support you long term. Together, we’ll focus on fueling your body with proper nutrition, moving in ways that work for you, reducing stress, and improving sleep. You’ll receive ongoing coaching, accountability, and tools that empower you to lower your risk of chronic disease or manage current health challenges while building a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.

âš¡ Single Accountability Session ($60)
Sometimes you don’t need a full program; you just need a little extra support to get back on track. This 60-minute single-session option is designed for exactly that. In this one-on-one session, we’ll focus on what you need most right now, whether it’s accountability, a reset on your goals, or guidance in nutrition, exercise, sleep, or stress management. You’ll walk away with a clear action plan and renewed motivation to keep moving forward. This is a great option if you want a quick boost of accountability or to test out coaching before committing to a longer program.

🌳 Get Grounded Blueprint (GLP-1 Specific, $120)
The Get Grounded Blueprint is a single, 90-minute session geared specifically towards GLP-1 usage. In this session, I will provide essential guidance and insight on the importance of nutrition and exercise for GLP-1 agonist usage. The main purpose of this Get Grounded Blueprint is to focus on what you may be stuck on or need a little extra assistance in achieving when it comes to your GLP-1 journey. We will discuss your top priority goal and what you value in meeting that specific goal. I’ll provide action items and tasks to help you get started or get back on track if you feel you’ve gone astray, and I’ll also be there to celebrate and affirm your wins.
If you need an extra push to reach that next milestone, these single-session options may be for you! They are also great stepping stones to see if the Jump Start or full Eat to Heal packages are the right fit for your long-term goals.
