Hi, I’m Staci, a certified health and wellness coach, nutrition coach, and resident injury recovery expert!

Over the years I have experienced multiple injuries ranging from broken bones, torn muscles, a hernia, and even a medically induced coma. Over the past 2 decades, I have learned SO much about how food can aid in recovery from injury, and sharing that knowledge with you has become my passion.
